treated tool steels through carbides, with excellent adhesion and uniform coverage. Dimensional and metallurgical properties of the tools are maintained.  When your coating order is received at NCT, it undergoes a mechanical inspection process, which includes part dimensions,
condition, material and hardness, as required. The tools next undergo a thorough cleaning process and are then carefully loaded into our custom designed fixtures to properly support the
